Savannah Combs’ life changed forever when she discovered she was pregnant with identical twins. The chances of having identical twins are already slim, occurring in only 3 or 4 out of every 1,000 births. But add Down Syndrome to the mix, and the odds become even more extraordinary – a staggering 1 in 2 million. Yet, for Savannah, this rare combination only made her twins more precious and unique.

Since their birth in May 2021, Savannah has been sharing her family’s journey on TikTok, where they have gained a massive following of over 264,000 fans. Through her videos, Savannah aims to show the world that children with Down Syndrome are capable of leading normal, happy lives, despite the challenges they may face.

Savannah’s love and devotion to her twins are inspiring, and she refuses to let anyone diminish their worth. When a commenter on social media suggested that she should have given her twins up for adoption, Savannah’s response was both heartfelt and powerful. “Good thing they weren’t born to you and were born to me,” she wrote. “God knew what he was doing by giving these babies to the right parents who would love them regardless.”
