In 1983, Patricia Clarke, a 24-year-old mother, gave birth to a baby who would capture the nation’s attention. Kevin Robert Clark weighed an astonishing 16 pounds at birth, making him the largest infant ever born at Community Memorial Hospital in New Jersey.
