In any relationship, there are certain questions that can be tricky to navigate. One such question that often arises, especially in the early stages of a relationship, is about past romantic experiences and the number of partners one has had.
A newlywed couple found themselves in a situation where this question took an unexpected turn. The husband, curiosity getting the better of him, asked his wife about the number of men she had been with. The wife, however, remained silent, her gaze fixed on the ceiling.
The husband, thinking he could reassure her, asked again, “How many men have you been with?” Still, the wife said nothing. Feeling a bit uncomfortable, the husband apologized, saying, “I’m sorry, I didn’t mean to upset you. I just thought we could have an open and honest relationship.”
Despite his apology, the wife continued to maintain her silence. The husband, trying to make amends, showered her with hugs and kisses. It was then that the wife suddenly spoke up, her expression one of frustration. With a hint of exasperation, she blurted out, “Oh, come on! You’ve made me lose count!”
